  Cancellation policy for group bookings

  Requests for cancellation of training must be made in writing to GenWest at consultancy@genwest.org.au on or before two weeks prior to training commencement (10 working days) for a refund of all fees minus $40 administration fee per booking.

  Cancellation within two weeks prior to training commencement – we are unable to offer a refund. Refunds within two weeks may be granted in exceptional circumstances – at the discretion of GenWest.

  In the event that GenWest cancels training and an alternative training date is unable to be offered, GenWest will issue a full refund.

  Cancellation policy for scheduled training (via Eventbrite)

  Cancellation by GenWest

  If we do not meet the minimum bookings per training session, GenWest may cancel the training. GenWest will offer to transfer participants to an alternative training date. If the participant cannot attend the alternative training date, GenWest will issue a full refund.

  GenWest will contact participants one week prior to training commencement (5 working days) to notify them of training cancellation and offer an alternative date or a refund.

  Transferring to another date

  Registrations may be transferred to a future training date, under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 2 weeks (10 working days) of the training date originally booked for
  • Transfers within two weeks may be granted in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of GenWest
  • Requests should be made in writing to GenWest at consultancy@genwest.org.au

  Transferring to another attendee

  Registrations may be transferred to another participant, under the following conditions:

  • The request is made in writing at least 3 working days prior to the training date
  • The full name, position, email address and phone number of the new attendee are provided by email within 3 working days
  • Requests should be made in writing to GenWest at consultancy@genwest.org.au

  All profits from our training and capacity building services are reinvested into our health promotion and primary prevention programs, family violence services and advocacy work.
